Jimmy Lee Robinson 70 years old of Burnsville, NC was arrested on 02-09-2024 Robinson was charged with Felony Breaking and Entering, Felony Larceny after Breaking and Entering, Felony Possession of Stolen Goods, Misdemeanor First Degree Trespass and Misdemeanor Larceny. Robinson was issued a $25,000.00 bond.
Leonard Anthony Widawski Jr., 77 years old of Burnsville, NC was arrested on 02-10-2024. Wisawski was charged with Felony Assault with a Deadly Weapon Inflecting Serious Injury. Wisawski was issued a $75,000.00 bond.
Timothy Felix Harris, 46 years old was served warrants issued for his arrest for Felony Failure to Report New Address as a Registered Sex Offender, and Felony Probation Violation. Adam Wesley Storie, 44 years old of Burnsville, NC was arrested on 02-13-2024. Storie was charged with Felony Possession of Methamphetamine, Misdemeanor Simple Possession of Schedule IV Controlled Substance, Misdemeanor Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Misdemeanor Possession of Marijuana up to ½ OZ and Failure to Appear on Misdemeanor charges. Storie was issued a $5,500.00 bond.
