Unfortunately a lot of people who are narcissists are also trolls or the victims of disinformation calling everyone who disagrees with them narcissists. Or they aren’t necessarily narcissists, but trolls using name calling as a weapon to discredit people who expose them. It’s currently a very common kind of attack by trolls.
