Arrest:
Jeremy Brandon Huskins, 40 of Spruce Pine, NC. Deputy W. Hobson arrested Huskins for felony, probation violations. He was issued $10,000.00 bond and scheduled to appear in court on 4/29/2024.
Samuel Adam Hoilman, 36 of Bakersville, NC. Lieutenant Detective A. Beam arrested Hoilman for failure to pay child support. He was issued $220.00 bond and scheduled to appear in court on 5/22/2024.
Mario Tehandon, 54 of Spruce Pine, NC. Deputy B. Hoilfield arrested Tehandon for felon second degree kidnapping, issued by McDowell County Court. He was issued no bond and placed into secure custody.
Citations issued:
Heather Jones, 49 of Burnsville, NC. Deputy B. Hoilfield cited Jones for operating a motor vehicle, while displaying an expired registration number plate, knowing the same to be expired. She is scheduled to appear in court on 5/8/2024.
