Bryce C. Percival, 81, of Little Switzerland, passed away Wednesday, September 1, 2021.
Mr. Percival was born July 18, 1940 in Lansing, MI to the late James H. and Beatrice Carver Percival.
Bryce was a veteran of the US navy, he retired from Lucent Technology with 40 years of service, and attended First Presbyterian Church of Spruce Pine. He was an active volunteer at Altapass Orchard, lifelong member of the Elks Club, a member of the American Legion Burnsville Chapter, Sons of American Revolution and Mayflower Society.
Bryce is survived by his wife of 59 years, Elaine Batts Percival; sons, Terry Percival (Diana) and Ned Percival (Colleen); sister, Lois Widlansky (Buzz); brother, Carlisle Percival (Chris); grandchildren, Rosemary, Alexandra, and Mosely; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life service and burial will be held Friday, September 10, 2021 at 2:00pm at the Western Carolina State Veterans Cemetery.
