Jean Solomon, age 83, of Burnsville, passed away on Monday, November 1st, 2021 at her home.
A native of Madison County, she was a daughter of the late Thurston and Ruby Williams Nelon.
She was also preceded in death by a son, Daniel Robinson; infant daughter, Patricia Ann Robinson; brother, Johnny Nelon and a daughter-in-law, Elizabeth Ann Black Robinson.
Jean loved to sew, quilt and was amazing at crafting. She also loved gardening and sharing her vegetables with her neighbors and friends.
Surviving is her sons: Richard Robinson of Burnsville and William Hubert Bass and wife, Leslie, of Charleston, SC. A special niece, Dawn Hannah of Burnsville and several other extended family members also survive.
Burial will be held at a later date in the Violet Hill Cemetery in Asheville.
