On January 14th, Yancey County Sheriff’s Office Jail Administrator Lieutenant Mark Geouge graduated from North Carolina Sheriff’s Association first Jail administrator Institute of leadership course. Sheriff Hilliard says, “The NC Sheriffs’ Association is a great asset to all Sheriff offices in this state. I am pleased that Lieutenant Geouge could be part of the inaugural class. Congratulations to him on this accomplishment!”
