Dick Stanley, age 86, of Teaberry Lane at Land Harbor in Newland, passed away Monday, July 25, 2022.
Born on April 29, 1936 in Parkersburg, WV, he was the son of the late Arthur and Nellie Deem Stanley.
Dick was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. He was a photographer, his work was his life, he enjoyed people and making friendships. He was an avid golfer. He also enjoyed being at Land Harbor as well as traveling, trips to the Northwestern states and the Mid-West States.
Left to cherish his memory is his companion; Andrea Kalkman of Jacksonville, FL; his daughter; Suzanne Robusto and husband, John of Virginia Beach, VA; his sons; Dale and Michael Stanley; his stepdaughter; Terri Olmstead and husband, David of Orlando, FL; his grandchildren; Danielle and Nicholas and his step grandchildren; Jake and Josh.
In keeping with Dick’s wishes, no services will be planned.
