Ursula Bricke Morse, age 84, of Burnsville, passed away on Tuesday, May 28th, 2024 at Blue Ridge Regional Hospital. A native of Mannheim, Germany she was a daughter of the late Jans Heinrich Bricke and Luise Kraut Bricke. She was also preceded in death by her first husband, Bernard Calle and second husband, Austin R. “Jay” Morse and one sister and two brothers. Ursula married her first love, Bernard while he was in the military and they had three beautiful children. They lived in Germany, Chicago and Florida. She loved traveling, hang gliding, playing the accordion, singing, gardening and enjoyed painting.
Surviving is her children: Ingrid Calle, Mark Calle and Nancy Chamberlin all of California; grandchildren: Shelby Tropio, Jadon Calle and Colton Calle; sister, Margaret Bricke of Germany and a special friend, Olivia.
