Megan Brittany Miller, 36 of Spruce Pine, NC. Deputy T. Silvers arrested Miller for misdemeanor communicating threats. She is scheduled to appear in court on 7/10/2024.
David Van McClellan, 39 of Spruce Pine, NC. Deputy J. King arrested McClellan for failure to appear in Mitchell County court on traffic related offenses, probation violations and failure to appear in Avery County Court. He was issued a total $18,000.00 bond and scheduled to appear in Mitchell County court on 7/10/2024 and Avery County Court on 7/3/2024.
Brittney Jeanette Huskins, 36 of Burnsville, NC. Deputy T. McNinch arrested Huskins for failure to appear in Madison County court on traffic related offenses. She was issued $2,500.00 bond and scheduled to appear in Madison County court on7/23/2024.
Melissa Jean Thompson, 44 of Spruce Pine, NC. Deputy M. Peterson arrested Thompson for failure to appear in court on traffic related offenses. She was issued $1,000.00 bond and scheduled to appear in court on 7/10/2024.

Larry Dean Ollis, 60 of Spruce Pine, NC. Deputy T. Brewer cited Ollis for operating a motor vehicle, while displaying an expired registration number plate, knowing the same to be expired. He is scheduled to appear in court on 7/10/2024.
Brittney Jeanette Huskins, 36 of Burnsville, NC. Deputy T. McNinch cited Huskins for operating a motor vehicle, while the defendant’s driver license was revoked. She is scheduled to appear in court on 7/10/2024.
