James William Hoover III “Buster”, age 78, of the South Toe Community, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, August 5th, 2024 at his home. He was born on October 26th, 1945 to the late James and Nelle Styles Hoover. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his brother, Jerry Hoover and a sister, Deborah Hoover.
Buster enjoyed his beloved cats, working in the yard at his home and attending Celo United Methodist Church.
Left to cherish his memories are his brother, Mike Hoover, as well as several nieces, nephews and extended family.
A memorial service will be held at a future date.
