Zeb Fox, age 67, of the Green Mountain Community, went Home to be with the Lord on Monday, August 26th, 2024 at his home, surrounded by his loving family.
Originally from Pennsylvania, he was a son of the late Francis and Anna Fox. He was also preceded in death by a sister, Carolyn Jean McIntosh.
Zeb liked horses and enjoyed farming, as well as deer hunting. His greatest joy was spending time with his grandkids.
Left to cherish his memory is a son, Jeremy Fox and wife, Celia; two grandchildren: Jackson and Sofia Fox; 5 sisters: Frances Griffith, Dolores Street and husband, Gale, and Juanita Mason, all of Burnsville, Helen Harris of Rutherford and Misty Maza of Connecticut; one brother, Franklin Fox and wife, Donna of Burnsville; as well as a number of nieces, nephews and friends.
The family will receive friends from 1 until 2 p.m. on Thursday, August 29th at Yancey Funeral Services. Graveside services will follow in the McCurry Cemetery. Pastor Ricky Woody will officiate.
