​While your service remains offline, your billing will continue to be paused. We realize that some customers are taking advantage of alternative services while repairs are being made. As a result, when your service is restored, we will notify you so you can let us know if you would like to resume service immediately or wait until your alternative service ends. If we do not hear from you within 48 hours after service is restored, we will resume billing at that time. Please note, there’s no need to return your equipment to ensure billing remains paused.
For those of you currently using satellite internet, we’re confident that once restored, our service will offer faster speeds, higher capacity, and lower latency than satellite options, all at a more affordable rate. We look forward to welcoming you back to our service soon!
