Claudia Beth Jenkins Hughes age 62 of Bakersville the Buladean community passed away Tuesday January 7, 2025, at her residence. Born in Baltimore, MD she was the daughter of the late Herbet and Jean Anderson Jenkins. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son Steven Hill.
Beth worked as a Nurse at the Mountain View Corrections Facility and was a member of Middle District Freewill Baptist Church.
Left to cherish her memories is her husband David Holland of Bulls Gap, TN, a daughter in law Morgan Hill of Newland and her best friend Cherry Huskins.
A private graveside service will be held in the Middle District Freewill Baptist Church Cemetery.
