The Yancey County Sheriff’s Office reported that a man known as the Burnsville Batman, Samuel David Daniels, has been charged with second-degree trespassing. The charge stems from his return to the Yancey Chamber of Commerce after being instructed to stay off the property. Daniels was issued a $1,000 unsecured bond and posted bail on Wednesday, February 12th.
