As part of CTE Month, Morgan Buchanan, the Director of the Small Business Center at Mayland Community College, visited Mrs. Barnett’s Entrepreneurship II business class. She shared awesome insights about entrepreneurship and the many resources available for entrepreneurs and small business owners in our community. Students learned that entrepreneurship isn’t just about starting a business, but about creating value for customers, solving problems, and contributing to our local economy. She spoke about the NC Small Business Center Network and its services, training, and counseling that is offered free of charge to aspiring entrepreneurs or seasoned business owners alike!
