Twenty-six year old Burnsville native Lanie Gardner made her Grand Ole Opry debut on August 6th, the same day she released “Faded Polaroids,” the title track from her new album. The full record will be released September 5 through BBR Music Group/BMG Nashville. Gadner performed both “Hills Have Eyes” and “Faded Polaroids”

According to Country Standard Time, Gardner said, “Faded Polaroids’ is the heart of the album. The idea came from going through a box of old photos. How I experience life today is because of those moments. The biggest thing I’ve learned is how important it is to remember. The simple things make you happy, and to understand that, you have to search for yourself.”

The new album brings together country, indie rock and pop across 18 tracks. Listeners can expect themes of self-discovery, family roots, love, and healing.

Raised in Burnsville, Gardner grew up surrounded by music—learning to sing from her mother and to play guitar from her father. She left home for Nashville to pursue the same Grand Ole Opry dream held by her late grandfather.
