Three Mitchell High School students recently packed their bags and headed west for an unforgettable adventure at the 2025 National Fall Leadership Conference in Phoenix, Arizona. Hosted by Future Business Leaders of America, the event was all about building leadership skills, making connections, and getting inspired, but it was also a chance to explore some incredible sights.
The students got to drive through the stunning red rocks of the Sedona Mountains followed by experiencing the incredible views at the Grand Canyon National Park. In between conference sessions, the group enjoyed the desert sunshine and tried delicious Phoenix cuisine. At the conference, students heard from motivational speakers, joined leadership mingles, and met other FBLA members from across the country.
The National Fall Leadership Conference is designed to help students grow as leaders without the pressure of competition. For these Mitchell FBLA leaders, this trip prepared them to come home and put their ideas into action, leading their chapter and their school community.
