Mitchell HOSA Students Compete at Western Regional Competition

On Friday November 14th Mitchell High School’s HOSA (Future Health Professionals Student Organization) students traveled to Hendersonville to compete in the Western Regional HOSA competition.  Fourteen students participated in Regional events, consisting of: Competitive Events, Health Career Expo, and Educational Symposia.  Students prepared for several months to compete in their specific events in a variety of areas including: academic testing, professional job seeking skills, medical photography, extemporaneous writing, and health careers.  Congratulations to all fourteen students as they will each advance to State Competition in Greensboro, March of 2025.
