Foods Students Prepare Thanksgiving Side Dishes

In preparation for the Thanksgiving holiday, students in Stephanie McClellan’s Foods and Nutrition I class made an array of side dishes. Students prepared and tasted 4 different options that they could make at their own Thanksgiving celebrations.

They made Mashed Potatoes,

Cheesy Broccoli Rice Casserole,

Maple Bacon Brussels sprouts

and Gruyere Scones.
