Home Remedies Hosts Free Wellness Retreat on February 7th

Join Home Remedies on Saturday, February 7th for a FREE Wellness Retreat in Burnsville from 11am-3pm. This 4-hour community wellness retreat designed to support your self-care with practical tools and information you can take home.

The retreat will offer a mix of presentations, discussion, and hands-on opportunities to experience wellness topics including mindfulness, massage, acupuncture, nutrition, and chair yoga. Come learn about the Home Remedies program and meet local wellness practitioners—all in a warm, welcoming space that encourages relaxation, learning, and meaningful community connection!

Home Remedies is also sponsoring a FREE weekly Tai Chi Gung movement series on Tuesdays from February 3rd to March 3rd at Reconciliation House (20 Academy St, Burnsville). Instructor Nan Collins will lead a seated class from 10-10:45 am and a standing class from 11-11:45 am, showcasing moving meditation that balances breath, movement, focus and energy.
