Join the local arts community and enjoy live theatre this year! Parkway Playhouse is looking for volunteers to join them for their 79th season.
Spring Workday: Join the theatre on March 14, 2026 from 12pm-4pm for their Spring Workday, where they’ll be getting the historic Parkway Playhouse ready for another exciting season! They’ll need help with everything from gardening to painting to cleaning. Some tools will be provided, but please bring your own with you have them! If you have any questions, please email production@parkwayplayhouse.
Ushering: Ushers are needed for upcoming productions! Ushers serve in many capacities, from handing out playbills to helping patrons find their seats to helping sell concessions before the show. Each time you usher, you’ll receive one free ticket to either enjoy the show that day or come back at a later date!
Set Building: Are you handy with tools? Love to paint? Can decorate a room like nobody’s business? Join the Parkway Playhouse team for set construction, painting, and dressing opportunities this year! Each time you dedicate three hours of volunteer time to The Playhouse, you’ll receive one free ticket.
Flyer Distribution: Parkway Playhouse is in need of folks to pass out flyers, brochures, coloring pages, and other promotional materials to local businesses. Does this sound like a good fit for you? They’d love to have you!
