The Mountain Piecemakers Quilt Guild will return to evening meetings Tuesday March 10 with social time at 6 pm and business at 6:30 followed by the program. We meet in the Burnsville Town Center at 6 S. Main St Burnsville. Our members come from Madison, Mitchell and Yancey Counties. Basic skills classes are held on the 4th Tuesday afternoons using Quilt Academy 1 material for members who are beginning quilters. At the 4th Tuesday Sew Day members gather to sew their own projects and make Linus quilts. A sew along together using Scrappy Triangles book by Leila Gardunia will be a year long project. New members and visitors are welcome to join us Tuesday March 10 at 6 pm in the Town Center.
