Roberta Joe Foxx, 65, of Burnsville, North Carolina, passed away on March 27, 2026, in Hickory.
She was born on March 26, 1961, to Robert Lee Foxx Sr. and the late Jolene Woody Foxx.
Roberta was a woman blessed with creativity and a deep love for life. She enjoyed drawing, artwork, and painting, and she loved traveling all over the world. Roberta cherished her family and was known for being a strong, straightforward woman who lived with honesty, compassion, and purpose.
Left to cherish her memory are her father, Robert Lee Foxx Sr.; her sister, Robin Whitener and husband Tim of Newton; and her brother, Robert Lee Foxx Jr. of Hickory.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, at 11:00 AM at the Foxx Family Cemetery, with Pastor Royce Ball officiating.
Interment will follow in the Foxx Family Cemetery on Banks Creek Rd.
