Mitchell Wrestling and Western Carolina Wrestling Club started their off-season spring training by hosting the Highland Challenge this past weekend at Mitchell High. Free-throw and foul situations in high school basketball will look different for the 2023-24 season. The one-and-one free throw has been eliminated and foul limits will reset after each quarter. High school teams always will shoot two free throws for common fouls in “bonus” situations.
