An outdoor “synthetic” ice-skating rink will be located on Upper Street in downtown Spruce Pine at 215 Oak Avenue offering Holiday ice skating Saturday, Dec. 14th from noon-8:00 pm, and Sunday, Dec. 15th from 1:00 pm- 5:00 pm.
