The Yancey County Cattleman’s Association will meet on July 21st at 6:30 pm in the Yancey Senior center parking lot. A light meal will be provided. Following the meal David Davis Yancey County Cooperative Extension’s Director will conduct a program on hay quality. He will provide producers with information on how to test their hay as well as understanding the results. He will also cover other topics related to harvesting and storing good quality hay for livestock feed.
