Come and join Partners Aligned Toward Health for this year’s FREE Toe River Racqueteers Tennis Camp that will be held Tuesday, May 26th through Friday, May 29th at the Mountain Heritage High School tennis courts. Kids of all skill levels are invited to start the summer off right with friends, fun, and outdoor activity!
The current schedule for the camp is 9-10 am for kindergarten through rising 2nd graders (4-year-olds will be included in this group), 10:15-11:15 am for rising 3rd-5th graders, and 11:30 am-12:30 pm for rising 6th-10th graders. Age groups are subject to change based on registration numbers. To register for tennis camp visit bit.ly/TRRtennis2026 or bit.ly/TRRtennis2026-spanish.
If children do not have a racquet, one will be provided. If children have a racquet from a previous year that they have outgrown, please bring it to donate it back to the program. This helps ensure PATH can continue offering racquets to all children in years to come.
We know some of you are also wondering about Pickleball Camp, which happens just two weeks later, from June 8th-11th! Pickleball combines elements of tennis, badminton, and ping pong, and is one of the fastest growing sports in the country. All skill levels are welcome and pickleball paddles are provided for campers to use during the camp.

The schedule for pickleball is the same as tennis camp: 9-10 am for kindergarten through rising 2nd graders (4-year-olds will be included in this group), 10:15-11:15 am for rising 3rd-5th graders, and 11:30 am-12:30 pm for rising 6th-10th graders. To register for pickleball camp visit bit.ly/TRRpickleball2026 or bit.ly/TRRpickelball2026-spanish.
Please plan to arrive at the courts 15 minutes before the scheduled camp time and bring water, sunscreen, tennis shoes or other appropriate close-toed shoes, a hat if needed and A BIG SMILE!
If you’d like to get involved, PATH is looking for volunteers to help support the camps, especially the Pickleball Camp. You by no means need to be an expert yourself: just come excited to learn and help campers with the basics like how to stretch, warm up, and develop basic racquet or paddle skills. Anyone interested in coaching or volunteering is encouraged to fill out the form at bit.ly/TRR2026volunteers or contact tara@pathwnc.org.
Volunteering as a coach is a fun way to get involved in the community, get moving, and learn or strengthen your skills on the courts! All coaches and court assistants will be led by Michael Baldwin, Sr., USPTA Master Professional. No prior tennis or pickleball experience is required.
Partners Aligned Toward Health would like to thank Edward Jones of Burnsville for supporting this year’s Toe River Racqueteers Camps as the Court Master sponsor! We are so grateful for their support in making these camps free and available for our youth.
