Richard Maurice Robinson, age 83 of Burnsville, went Home to be with the Lord on Sunday, August 28, 2022.
A native of Yancey County, he was the son of the late Lewis and Mafra Robinson.
Left to cherish his memory is his brother Philip (Faye) Robinson of Burnsville; and sister, Gwen (Bill) McKeown of Asheville, NC.
Funeral services will be held at 7:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Holcombe Brothers Funeral Home on Thursday, September 1, 2022. The family will receive friends and loved ones an hour prior to the service for visitation. Reverend Joe Bennett will officiate. A private family graveside service will be held the following day on Friday, September 2, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. in the Horton Creek Cemetery in Burnsville.
