More and more listeners to WKYK and WTOE radio are using Amazon smart speakers to listen to the radio audio. If you use an Amazon Alexa speaker or any Alexa device you can now have a more reliable streaming connection experience. You can teach your Amazon speaker to do lots of things, these are called “Skills”. WKYK and WTOE have worked with Amazon to create a special “Skill” to be sure your speaker connects to the proper web stream. to use this feature you have to enable the “Skill”. The good news is it’s easy to do and Alexa can do it for you. Just say these Statements below to your smart speaker:
“Alexa, enable the WKYK Skill”
“Alexa, enable the WTOE Skill”
That’s it! Now you are all set to just say.. “Alexa, play WTOE” or “Alexa play WKYK”
