High rivers from several days of rain and a forecast of even more rainy weather has people concerned about low lying areas. Â People who have campers in the Patience Park Campground on the South Toe River have been notified they may want to pull their campers out due to possible flooding. McDowell County Emergency Management has issued a voluntary evacuation order for Riverbreeze Campground in Marion located off US 221, due to rising flood waters.
