Over 20k UFO and Alien Enthusiasts descended upon downtown Spruce Pine NC in 2023 looking for signs of Extraterrestrial life forms.
The Spruce Pine Alien Festival is nearly a Mile long and has over 175 Artists, Crafters, Alien Merchandise, Free Alien Music Festival being held all day at the Milk Way Music Stage Presented by High Country Arms and the Skyline Village Hotel, Bands will blast Galactic Rock, Country, Grateful Dead and 2000’s Music to thrill all the UFO lovers.

Headline Band “THIRTY OUGHT SIX, BLACK FEATHER ” AND OTHERS will Cosmic music lovers and rumble the ground beneath their feet as they kick off this Stellar ALIEN Music Festival for all ages and THRILL UFO guests looking for an Interstellar good time.
Our Area 51 Costume Contest, begins at 12noon. Its Free to Compete! Pets, Children and Adults can signup from 9m to 12 noon to compete for Cash and Prizes at the Milky Way Stage. Just look for he Festival MC and WKYK Radio Show Host Bruce Ickard) The Children’s Close Encounter Zone has fun for the whole family, Giant Alien bounce houses/Giant Slides, UFO Laser Tag, Ride the Alien Train, Play games and Mini Golf.

The Alien Festival located on Locust Street also includes the Area 51 Small Children’s Area Space activities where the littlest children and toddlers can experience arts & Crafts, face painting and crawl up and through NASA tents and bounce into space.
