Toe River Health District has released the most recent COVID numbers for our area. They do not release specific information about any individuals, clusters or outbreaks of cases in any of our counties. The only way they’ve shared that information was if the business/agency/group shared that information themselves. They remind people to “assume that everyone you come in contact with is positive. By behaving as if everyone is positive you will more than likely remain free of Covid. We have talked about ways to shop, visit family, and go on vacation safely. There are ways to go to church safely as well. Just continue following the guidance, that’s the key in all situations. Life doesn’t have to stop and we’re not advocating that you quit going to church, visiting family or doing any activities. But if you want to avoid Covid then follow the guidance. It’s not a guarantee but it will sure help.”
